Enjoy front-row views of the Ventura Harbor Parade of Lights as we light up the Plaza with festive fun from 5PM–9PM.Highlights include a vibrant Night Market hosted by Market by the Sea, delicious food for purchase, a DJ spinning holiday favorites, a Beer Garden hosted by Rincon Brewery & Harbor Mart, free crafts, a visit from Santa, a free petting zoo from 5PM–7PM, and free face painting by Art & Soul. Don’t miss this magical weekend by the marina filled with lights, music, laughter, and holiday cheer—free and open to the public with registration encouraged!

Residents! Join us in the clubhouse on Thursday, December 18th at 6PM for an Ugly Holiday Sweater Party! Pull out your most over-the-top holiday sweater and enjoy appetizers, drinks, and cookie decorating! Mingle with neighbors and vote for your favorite sweater! First place gets a prize!
